This place is great for kids birthday party. They have great verity of animals.it get a little dusty around the gasibo where the food and the tables are. But overall the kids have so much fun.
Had a really great experience here w the kids. The Center has come to their school to put on educational assemblies before, so we were excited to see all of the animals again. We brought some things to donate, too, which I encourage everyone to do (they have their Amazon wish list posted on their website) and the kids wouldn’t leave until we sponsored Dakota the bald Eagle and Fluffy the alligator.
Very small learning center, but it is great. We paid $30 for my boyfriend and I, our toddler was free because she’s 2 years old. You can read about the animals right in front of their exhibit.
Wow!! What an experience! Carolyn was our amazing guide for a 90 minute private tour that included in-depth insights and facts coupled with several up close animal encounters. Yes, we pet Sid the sloth, fed porcupines and tortoises, and went behind the scenes with a serval!! This is a 10 out of 5 star experience that we will never forget!!
My son and I love this place. We have been a number of times. The staff are friendly and engaging. It's great to support a place that gives animals that would otherwise not make it in the world, a second chance at life. I hope the Wildlife Learning Center continues to thrive and educate our children. Thank you!
Beautiful wildlife center. The animals & enclosures look well kept. However, there’s one porcupine who was attempting to chew his enclosure & swaying non stop. Maybe he’s old or frustrated planning his escape or in a silly mood? It was a bit sad to see. Anyway, I love the info display, very informative. The day we went some of the animals were not there which was disappointing but understandable.
My sisters & I booked the adventure tour ($315) and it was WELL WORTH THE MONEY. The biologist knew their facts! We got to feed some awesome animals (giraffe, porcupine and many more). It was a great experience! This place deserves nothing less than 5 stars!!!!
The tour was really informative, it was really cool to hear the animals stories and why they need to have care for the rest of their lives. It is also very beautiful with lots of plants. Great for kids and family time.
